Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we're unable to process returns.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the jersey must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free of any alterations, stains, or damage

How to Return

  1. Email us at kitvault6@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with a return shipping address
  3. Ship the item back (return shipping is the buyer's responsibility)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange. If the desired size is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund instead.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
